Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency.
The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The City of Holtville proposes to repair the existing 2.7 MG Potable Water Storage Tank located at the City owned Water Treatment Plant and install a Trihalomethane (TIHM) Removal System (TRS). Electrical upgrades to the system will also be done.
