Authorize the amendment of Lease No. PRC 3745.9, a General Lease - Public Agency Use, effective February 9,2016, to replace the existing Land Description and Site and Location Map and with a revised Land Description and Site and Location Map; authorize extending the dredging area to include the Upper Napa River Federal Navigation Channel and proposed dredging of up to a maximum of 100,000 cubic yards of material from the Federal Navigation Channel throughout the remaining term of the lease.
