Document Description
The proposed project is a sublease from FelCor Hotel Asset Company, LLC (FelCor) dba Wyndham San Diego Bayside (Wyndham) to Travel Traders Hotel Stores, Inc. (Travel Traders) for operation of a gift shop at the Wyndham. FelCor's existing leasehold is comprised of approximately 276,910 square feet of land area located at 1355 North Harbor Drive in the City of San Diego. FelCor operates the 600-room Wyndham at this site, including meeting space, restaurants, retail, and parking. The FelCor lease commenced on September 13, 1977, and expires on October 14, 2029. Wyndham has an existing gift shop, which is located in approximately 1,950 square-foot space on the ground floor of the Wyndham. The proposed sublease would allow Travel Traders to continue operating the existing gift shop within the existing approximately 1,950-square-foot space gift shop space. The sublease would also allow for interior improvements.
