Resurface the existing pavement through the use of crack-seat overlay method from PM 29.3 to PM 43.4. The project would involve the following in the ROW: embarkment reconstruction, ramp treatment, MBGR and ADA curb ramp improvements, signal panel replacements and addition of rumble strips.
