This project is exempt under the new construction exemption (section 15303) for minor activity to repair and maintain and restore existing trails, close trails or install interpretive trail markers. It is also exempt under section 15304 as the minor alterations to land conducted under the project will be on existing designated wildlife management area and result in improved habitat for wildlife resources.
