The Town of Loomis has received an application for a Minor Land Division for Parcel APN: 045-071-064 Wishing Well Lane, West of Laird Road in Loomis, CA. The applicant proposes to divide an 18.15-acre (gross) parcel into three separate parcels. Parcels A and B are to be 5.08 acres (gross) in size and 4.74 acres (gross) in size, respectively. Parcel C will be 8.33 acres (gross) in size. The Project is consistent with the Town of Loomis General Plan and Zoning designations of Residential Agricultural, 4.6-acre lot minimum (RA).
