Document Description
The project applicant, Warmington Residential CA Inc., proposes to demolish the existing apartment buildings, swimming pool and recreation area, and parking lot facilities, subdivide the site into individual lots and common lots, private roads and bioretention areas. The proposed project would develop the site wiht six three-story structures (Buildings A through F) comprising 37 rowhouses. The current zoning designation is P-32 (Evandale Precise Plan). The proposed project meets or exceeds the Precise Plan's standards for density, floor area ratio, setbacks, site coverage, open area, height limits, and parking.
