Document Description
The project proposes the construction of two five-story hotels (totaling approx. 165,000 sq. ft.) with shared amenity spaces and parking on a podium structure. The proposed hotels would include approx. 300 rooms and 300 surface and basement-level parking spaces. New landscaping, driveways, utilities, and other facilities would also be constructed. The project site consists of two parcels, which would be merged as part of the project, containing several one-story commercial and light industrial buildings. These existing buildings would be demolished to allow construction of the hotel buildings. The existing building located at 744 San Antonio has been deemed eligible for the CA Register of Historic Places.
