Document Description
A Use Permit application to construct a 114-foot tall monopine cellular transmission tower, a 115-sq. ft. equipment cabinet, a 30 KW stand-by generator, and a 132-gallon fuel tank, all within a 1,500 sq. ft. lease area (30 feet by 50 feet). The facility would be unstaffed and accessed by an existing dirt access road. The project includes the installation of new utilities, with electrical and telephone lines proposed to serve the communication facility running 585 feet east and 625 feet north of the equipment area, respectively, within two new 6-foot-wide easements.
