Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a new approx. 54-foot tall, 39,039 sq. ft. worship center and 13,500 youth center on an approx. 12.55 acre site, and a recreational field for baseball and soccer on an adjacent approx. 3.19 acre site. The existing 23,988 sq. ft. auditorium and four classrooms are to remain. An existing approx. 2,500 sq. ft. maintenance building is being relocated as shown on the site plan. The parking area will be expanded by approx. 230,000 sq. ft. to accommodate at total of approx. 626 paved parking stalls.
