The project would implement portions of SVCW's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to ensure reliability of the conveyance system and the WWTP. The proposed Project comprises the majority of project budgets in the CIP. The proposed Project is made up of several components, each consisting of specific improvements and upgrades to the conveyance system and the WWTP, as listed here: Tunnel and Gravity Pipeline, Receiving Lift Station, WWTP Headworks Facility, Influent Connector Pipe, Flow Diversion Structure, Belmont Force Main and Belmont Pump Station Rehabilitation, San Carlos Odor Control Facility, Redwood City Pump Station Replacement, Menlo Park Pump Station Rehabilitation, Nutrient Removal Facilities and Clarifiers.
