Document Description
A Variance application No. PA-1500207 of Stockton Korean Ebenezer Presbyterian Church to reduce the required side yard setback in the Community Commercial (C-C) zone from 20 feet to 6 feet 10 inches for an existing, non-conforming residence and detached patio cover to be converted to a fellowship hall as an expansion of an existing religious assembly facility.
