The County of Sacramento Caltrans proposes to replace the Winding Way Bridge over Chicago Creek in the Fair Oaks community in unincorporated Sacramento County. The purpose is to lessen grade changes in the approach, install a wider bridge structure that can accommodate with Class II bike lanes, and incorporate barrier rails.
