This is a proposal to construct a new 100,000 gallon Wet Weather Retention Basin at an existing County of Santa Cruz Sanitation District Facility (D.A. Porath Facility) and excavate approx. 2,200 cubic yards of material. The proposed project would require an Amendment to Commercial Development Permit 76-1386-U, Amendment to Coastal Development Permit 90-1189, and a Preliminary Grading Review.
