Document Description
The proposed project consists of a minor technical update to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) Fee Program; specifically an amendment to the 2016 TIM Fee Program project list. The TIM Fee Program is used to fund needed improvement projects including roadway widening, new roadways, roadway intersection improvements, and transit to deal with future growth during a defined time period (currently based on 20 years of growth). The County has prepared a CEQA Addendum for the proposed project. The CEQA Addendum is to the certified EIR that was previously prepared for the 2016 TIM Fee Program project list.
