The proposed project is the update of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) list and Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) FEe for El Dorado County. The CIP is the 20-year long range plan for all individual capital improvement projects and Update would provide funding for projects including roadway widening, new roadways, roadway intersection improvements, and transit improvements. The project would also require an amendment to the County's General Plan Transportation and and Circulation Element including clean-up items, clarifications, and corrections.
