The Project generally consists of improvements to outdoor chemical storage facilities, and indoor chemical feed facilities; and shall include the replacement of two existing gaseous chemical systems (chlorine and anhydrous ammonia) with two new liquid chemical systems (sodium hypochlorite and liquid ammonium sulfate).
