Document Description
The State Coastal Conservancy provided a grant of up to $1,672,463 in grant funds awarded to the Conservancy by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from the National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program, to the University of CA, Santa Barbara, for restoration of upper Devereux Slough. The Project will restore up to 136 acres of tidal and freshwater wetlands and connected uplands in the slough for the purpose of providing and enhancing existing fish and wildlife habitat and open space.
