The proposed project is the General Plan Update. The General Plan Update will include the new development and/or update of all elements in the General Plan. The General Plan Update includes changes in land use designations as well as updates to policies and programs within the various elements. Each element of the General Plan focuses on a specific topic and includes a discussion, goals, and policies related to that topic. The Housing Element was recently updated in 2014.
