Document Description
The proposed project involves annexation is approx. 219.2 acres to the City of Gustine, with LAFCo approval of prezoning. Near-term approval of three proposed tentative subdivision maps to develop approx. 70.69 acres (approx. 32% of the total project area) for up to 282 single-family residential units is also included in the project. An additional 5.2 acres are planned for a future park/detention pond. Existing roads surrounding the project area provide access to planned residential development; new roads and utility lines will be extended into the project area to serve residential units.
