The first phase is to construct a 6.59 acre car dealership, parking and design features including enhanced landscaped decorative street light and a decorative entrance to the site from Floral Avenue. The second and third phases will be developed into some 361,300 sq. ft. of commercial uses and a motel, which will be constructed as the market dictates. The project will be provided with Sanitary Sewer by the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler County Sanitation District (SKF) and with potable water by CA Water Service Company (Cal Water). Stormwater will be disposed of an adjacent stormwater retention basin located north of the site.
