Project is intended to construct a new water production well for the City of Inglewood on City owned parking lot in the urban area. New submersible pump assemblies will be installed at the well site, which would reduce noise from the operation of water production. A new 12' high fence & gate will be installed around perimeter to prevent vandalism. Lot is located at 101 West Arbor Vitae Street, Inglewood, CA 90301 (LA -Assessor's ID # 4022-029-900), and Lot size is 75.16'x118'. Current zoning classification for the lot is "General Commercial C-2".
