Document Description
The Buena Vista Elementary School District plans to expand their current Elementary School Site located at 21660 Road 60, Tulare. The current school site does not have enough room to accommodate the existing student body. The student population is currently 203 students; with the addition of the classrooms the District plans to accommodate 300 students in the future. The District is proceeding forward with the acquisition of 5.15 acres of land immediately north of the school site for construction of 6 classrooms, restrooms, a parking lot, fire lane and open fields, including a ponding basin. The new 6 new classrooms will house Pre-Kindergarten, and 1st grade students. In addition to the new construction, a band room will be added to the existing cafeteria, which will be used as a classroom.
