Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit to permit the installation, use, and maintenance of pool and lengthen an existing retaining wall adjacent to the pool that extends 7 feet on both sides of the pool. A single-family dwelling and pool was previously approved (ZA-2007-4149-CD-ZAA and ENV-2007-4150-MND) with the pool in a different location. At this time the house and retaining wall have been constructed, however the pool was not installed. This project is the change of location of the pool's installation only from the southwest to southeast portion of the site.
