The proposed project involves the rehabilitation of an existing historic building and adaptive reuse of the subject property to construct an eight-story mixed-use development on a 32,094-sq. ft. lot. The proposed 110,294-sq. ft. building will contain a two-level parking garage, 3,451 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space, 102 apartments units on six levels, and a roof deck. The building will have a maximum height of approx. 77.5 feet.
