Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes an Addendum that amended the Mitigated Negative Declaration for this Project and is proposing a pipeline alignment modification only, that will utilize an existing pipeline for a distance of approximately 360 feet. The Lakeview Ranchos Mutual Water Company (LRMWC) pipeline alignment commences at well #2 and proceeds north/northeast within the existing easements and property owned by LRMWC and continuing to Bull Run Road.
