Document Description
The project proposes construction of a 3,101 sq. ft. 3-story single-family residence and two-car garage with associated infrastructure and native vegetation restoration/landscaping on vacant coastal in-fill parcel within the developed Mesa residential neighborhood of Santa Barbara.
