Document Description
The Pilot Flying J Travel Center included development of 13.63 acres for highway travel serving uses. Implementation of the Project would involves the development of fueling facilities, travelers amenities, and parking facilities for passing motorists and commercial trucks operators. The project includes diesel and gas fueling lanes, 137 truck parking spaces, 84 vehicle parking spaces, signage, including one 100 foot tall illuminated sign, one 14,967 square foot building that will include a driver's lounge, game room, pay phones, ATM's, Western Union Check Cashing, and Restroom facilities, that includes showers facilities and laundry, and two quick service restaurants.
