Construction of one photovoltaic (PV) electrical generating facilities on properties owned by RPU within the County of San Bernardino. The Cooley site proposes 2.4 acres of solar PV panels that would be capable of generating up to 0.52 megawatts of electricity. The third party vendor expects to start construction in Spring 2016, with construction duration lasting approx. 3 and a half months (12-16 weeks). Construction would occur Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with no work occurring on Sundays or holidays.
