Document Description
A 25-story condominium tower is proposed onsite and would consist of 100 for-sale residential units, ranging in size from approx. 1,800 sf to 6,000 sf. The project would provide 200 residential and 50 guest parking spaces, the majority of which would be located in a two-level subterranean garage. Common area amenities would include gardens, a fitness room, spa, pool and pool deck, outdoor kitchen and barbeque area, club room, library, view deck, and concierge.
