To install a 36-inch single wall reinforced concrete pipe from a turnout in the Paso Canal across the San Joaquin River where it will connect to an existing pump station and conveyance facilities. The pipeline will be installed in an open trench through the channel and will be concrete encased under the San Joaquin River.
