The proposed project consists of: Resolution No. 7538 for a Socio-Economic Cost/Benefit Study; Resolution No. 7537 for Agricultural Preserve Removal No. 121 to remove a portion of an approx. 32.28-acre site from a City Agricultural Preserve located on the north side of San Bernardino Avenue, approx. 600 feet east of Judson Street in the A-1 (Agricultural) District (proposed change to R-E (Residential Estate) District; Ordinance No. 2819 for Zone Change No. 443 to rezone approx. 32.28 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) District to R-E (Residential Estate) District located on north side of San Bernardino Ave., approx. 600 feet east of Judson Street; Resolution No. 7539 for Tentative Tract No. 18979 to subdivide approx. 32.28 acres into fifty five lots for single family residential use and one lettered lot for open space purposes located on the north side of the San Bernardino Ave., approx. 600 feet east of Judson Street in the A-1 (Agricultural) District [Proposed change to R-E (Residential Estate) District].
