Document Description
The proposed Project includes a Planned Unit Development (No. 14-002) for the construct of 27 single family residents on a 4.3 acre portion of 6.4 acre parcel (APN 263-230-016). The Project will include the remaining 2.1 acre portion of the existing parcel and an adjacent 1.8 acre parcel for a total of 3.90 acres (APN 263-230-009). The remaining 3.90 acres will be utilized as open space.
