Document Description
On January 28, 2016 the Zoning Administrator approved a sign modification permit 1) to allow an additional secondary tenant wall sign and 2) to allow an increase in the letter and logo height for both secondary tenant wall signs. The additional sign and the increased letter and logo height will provide improved visibility for motorists and pedestrians in identifying the applicant's business which is located on the bottom story of a 3-story parking structure.
