Document Description
The proposed project is the replacement of an existing private marina, constructed in 1955, with a modernized marina compliant with current industry standards for American with Disabilities Act (ADA) access, Department of Boating and Waterways, as well as City and State standards for utilities, water quality, and safety. The project will result in the net loss of one boat slip, and will significantly increase the number of small boats and human powered craft. The project includes a new private waste pump-out, and an enhanced public boardwalk which will serve to protect the seawall and the land-side development from future sea level rise.
