The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Biola Community Services District proposes to conduct a lanning study for the upgrade of their Water Distribution System including replacing existing water mains, installing a water storage tank and installing water meters for each service to provide adequate water supply for the citizens of Biola.
