DFD staff will remove a single shrub in the toe drain outfall for Bethany Fore Bay Dam and two saplings on the waterside face of Bethany Dam No. 1 and No. 3. Removed plant material will be left on site, and removed using hand tools. All removal will be above the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) and within DWR Right-of-Way.
