Document Description
On behalf of the American Portuguese Club, Incorporated, the Department of General Services (DGS) is managing a project to construct a small memorial in Capitol Park to honor California American Portuguese veterans. The new American Portuguese Veterans memorial will be located within the existing California Veterans Memorial located in Capitol Park. The memorial will be a granite bench of similar style, design, size and materials as the existing granite benches in the Veterans Memorial and will be located adjacent to the existing circle of benches.
