Document Description
The purpose of this Agreement is to fund the development of an advanced hybrid battery-fuel cell energy storage system to mitigate intermittent renewables and meet electric power peak demand when is most needed. Funding will be used to provide proof of concept, planning, interconnection, and technology scale-up to establish readiness for grid-scale integration and deployment in California.
