Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0206-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to Fish and Game Code to Gwynn Turnbull. The project is limited to construction of two concrete abutments, placement of a railcar across Hambright Creek, placement of limited Rock Slope Protection (RSP) immediately adjacent to the abutments both upstream and downstream, and removal of accumulated, storm water flow related sediments from the immediate vicinity of the bridge site. All removed sediments will be deposited on the property in a location where they will not re-enter this waterway.

This is a very small project consisting of the construction of two small concrete abutments and placement of a railcar across a season stream to allow farm vehicles to cross the stream without causing more significant damage by driving through the streambed to access land on the other side. The total area of impact is less than 0.05 acres and will not impact any sensitive resources.
