Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0177-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to El Dorado Hills Community Services District. The project is limited to the temporary draining of two ponds in a community park in a residential development to remove accumulated sediments and emergent aquatic vegetation that is significantly reducing the size and capacity of the ponds. Work will only be conducted on one pond at a time and adequate rest time to stabilize will take place before work is begun on the other pond.
