Issue Right of Entry Permit to St. Helena Properties LLC for temporary use of State Park land for driveway improvements. Driveway improvements will include widening portions of the existing paved surface within an existing driveway easement.
All work conducted under this right of entry permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
