Document Description
The project will take place at two sites. The first site is the intersection of Mendocino Avenue and Tuolumne Street where crossing improvements will be made at the southern and eastern sides of the intersection. The second site is the north side of Manning Avenue from Mendocino Avenue to approximately 1,285 east of Mendocino Avenue where curb, gutter, sidewalk and a Class II bike lane will be installed.
