Document Description
The Department of General Services project includes tenant improvements and access path of travel upgrades to the first floor and exterior of the Santa Rosa State Building. The upgrades include converting a storage room into a training room and an office into a break room; remove barriers to access sidewalk, first entry flat work and entry door; remove access barriers at first floor drinking fountain and restrooms including reconfiguration of accessible toilet stalls, grab bars, dispensers, accessories and signage; and fire alarm changes to accommodate alterations.
