Document Description
The State Parks access road at the end of Northridge Drive in Idyllwild requires maintenance, Idyllwild Water District holds an easement for access across the State Parks road, and per the easement agreement is responsible for maintenance of this road. Inland Empire District will be issuing a DPR Right-of-Entry permit. Under agreement with Idyllwild Water, Riverside County Transportation will grade and recontour the first section of the road, approximately 100 feet beyond the State Parks gate, redirecting water flow into the natural drainage. All grading will be confined to the existing road lens; rock and any fill material needed will be locally sourced. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project. A copy of these requirements may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.

No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form including measures provided by CDPR staff, then it is exempt the CDPR list of Exempt Activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as:
" Class 1, Section 15301 - Existing Facilities
o Trail or road repairs.
" Class 5, Section 15305 - Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations
o Issuance of easements and permits.
o Issuance of temporary use permits.
