The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the Lead Agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The project consists of planning and feasibility studies, including the preparation of environmental documents, preparation of plans and specifications, survey of the existing water system, drilling of test wells, and evaluation of alternatives in anticipation of a future construction project.
