The new water treatment plant will provide a replacement facility for the community, provide a reliable treatment facility and meet the current State of California Water Resources Control Board (SWRC) - Drinking Water Division Treatment requirements for surface water. The project will also conduct test well drilling in the service area to evaluate the potential for an alternative ground water source.
