Document Description
The purpose of the project is to mitigate for temporary impacts associated with unpermitted mechanized land clearing, excavation, and grading activities on or about November 2014 at the Camp Roberts High Water Bridge Repair project site on the Nacimiento River. The project consists of the implementation and maintenance of a winterization erosion and sediment control plan to protect the impacted area until the restoration and mitigation activities have been implemented and all success criteria have been met. The restoration and mitigation activities consist of revegetation of streambed wetland, and riparian areas at the impacted area and hand removal of non-native, invasive Tamarisk from the banks of the Nacimiento River.
