Document Description
The New Full Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP) will allow up to 360 tons per day (TPD) of material to be processed in the permitted area of 1.1 acres. The operator currently has a Registration Permit which allows 160 TPD, and EA Notification which allows up to 200 TPD; the operations will be combined under one Full SWFP. Hours of operation for materials receipt will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays: permitted hours for transfer/processing/maintenance will be 2:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., 7 days a week. Permitted traffic volume will be 295 vehicles per day.
