Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0194-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Darren Nowling.
The project is limited to installation of a culvert over an existing natural drainage ditch. A 42 inch diameter pipe, 12 feet long will be used. The culvert pipe will be bedded below the existing grade. Crushed gravel will be used to the sides around the pipe and 12 inches of soil be compacted over the road base. Construction equipment to complete the project includes a backhoe and soil compactor. Work will be conducted when water is not present and drainage ditch is dry.
